As the risk of Coronovirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, the company is taking a proactive approach and is complying with Government and NHS guidance. We have a responsibility to take all possible measures to minimise the spread of the virus.

To protect the health of our employees, and to help us ensure business continuity for our customers, we are taking steps to minimise physical have put in place several new processes to achieve this:

• Wherever possible communication should be by telephone, email or text
• No attendance at unnecessary conferences / meetings / exhibitions
• Only unavoidable travel is permitted
• Teleconferencing / skype / MS Teams to be used wherever possible in leu of travel
• Segregation of work groups to minimise the risk of cross-contamination
• Extra provisions of sanitising products and clothing, such as protective workwear and gloves, is being provided
• No physical contact e.g. hand shaking, signing off jobs
• Additional equipment has been purchased to enable staff to work from home if/when required
• Following the NHS guidelines to help prevent the virus from spreading
• A “return to work interview” will be carried out for anyone returning from overseas holidays

All employees and visitors are asked to follow simple guidelines:

DO

• When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands)
• Put tissues in the bin immediately
• Wash your hands with soap and water often – use hand sanitiser if soap and water aren’t available
• Avoid close contact with people who are unwell

DON’T

• Touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
